The service provided by Naser Group Inc is excellent. In a time as difficult as when one loses a loved one, it is a relief to know that there are professional companies where they not only know what they are doing, but also show empathy for the client. My point of contact was Freddy. From the first contact I felt that I could trust that the repatriation process from Florida to Colombia was in very good hands. He was completely available for all the questions that my family and I had. Each call was answered immediately and in a timely manner. Amazing group went above and beyond to get my spouses ashes expedited during the Christmas holidays and did a wonderful job helping with all of the arrangements between the hospital and the funeral home. Has great communication skills and was able to get the necessary documents from outside of the country to do all of the necessary functions. Amazing team they work well together and provide excellent customer service and are very courteous and understanding. Everyone is very comforting and loving on you during this most difficult time.
